The Birmingham Venture Club is announcing the participants of its 2010 Entrepreneur Accelerator Program Thursday at its membership luncheon. The Entrepreneur Accelerator Program, now in its seventh year, offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to connect with other high-growth entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and mentors.

The Entrepreneur Accelerator Program, now in its seventh year, offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to connect with other high-growth entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and mentors.

The 2010 Entrepreneur Accelerator Program class members include: David Splawn of Splawn & Ward Associates; Jenifer Wallis of Amicus Curiae; Brett Jovanovich of Lifeguard Transportation Service; Trent Richardson of Planserve; Steve Spensley of Ursa Group; Brian Cauble of Appsolute Genius; L’Tryce Slade of Slade Land Use; Julian Daily of g8four; John Joseph of Global Grad; Daniel Leverett Powell of Educator Technologies; Debbie Wooley of Preferred Surgical Products; Terry Lee of NAIA Corp.; Anne Bailey of Markham Bailey; and Trevor Shaw of Avanti Polar Lipids.

The Entrepreneur Accelerator Program offers entrepreneurs access to leaders that have groomed dozens of entrepreneurial business leaders, local business leaders and peer networking opportunities.

The class will conclude with a graduation ceremony at the Birmingham Venture Club’s Annual Meeting to be held on Dec. 9. The speaker for the meeting will be Jeff Taylor, founder of Monster.com.

I have great anticipation for my future in the construction industry. I am thankful for the people in my life that believed in me and my dream, but I am even more thankful for those who left. If it weren't for them I would not have learned some of the greatest lessons in life and appreciated those who stayed.
